Courtney did a 215# backsquat, 95# press and 290# DL this morning which gives her a total of 600#! That is a 65# increase in her total since May! Make sure you give her a high five!

Ariel came to us one year ago, a very cute little girl with noodle arms. Now she's doing pull ups on the big girl bar and doing these awesome weighted pushups. That's a 25 # plate folks!! I'm so proud of you lady!
Cliff, these workouts are tough but I really don't think you need to be armed!

Austin and Sandy. The family that deadlifts together stays together! Austin hadn't been here in awhile d/t a very sucessful (I might add) cross-country season, but still managed to pull 165# off the floor 3 reps at a body weight of 108#! Not bad my young friend, not bad!
