Some jerk stole my camera and all 3 lenses, somewhere between Philadelphia and here. Some people are just plain shitty.
The seminar Casey and I attended was very good! Learned some new things, and also learned that I'm doing some things right!
I've ordered a replacement camera and should have some great pictures up by next weekend. I also ordered a set of farmer's handles. We are going to have some fun with those!

Record high today! It felt like July! 12.5 is out and it is thrusters and chest to bar pull ups. You know they had to get Fran in there somehow. The gym is closed Friday evening and Saturday morning so if you want to get 12.5 done, it has to be tomorrow or Friday morning! If you aren't doing 12.5 you are celebrating Paul's birthday! He likes running, tire flipping and pushups, just sayin' :)

This warm weather just puts me in a fantastic mood! The grass is green, the daffodils are blooming, and my muscles are warm when I'm working out! It is March in Western NY so it's not going to last, we'll be back in the freeze for a while, but what a glorious week!
Reminder!! Both Matt and I are out of town this coming weekend. I'm going to training in Philadelphia and Matt is going to Bragg on some top secret military business. The gym will be closed Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. Otherwise gym hours are normal.

Reminder that there will be no workouts on Friday night and Saturday morning March 23 and 24. I'm attending training and Matt has to go to Bragg. Check out one of the vacation workouts (on the left, scroll down), do a long distance run or walk, go for a hike, play with your kids/pets, or just take a well deserved rest day!
