-Throwing (Highland Games) and Strongman events clinic on Friday evening.
- No singlet, mock PL meet on Saturday with individual lifter evaluations and assistance work.
- Highlander on Sunday! Mix of Highland Games and Strongman events, no kilt required, but encouraged. Lunch included!
