Thursday

As you all take your vacations this summer...remember to send me pictures of your CrossFit vacation workouts so I can post them. I think it would be fun for all of us to see the creative ways you all keep up with your workouts while you are out of town!


We'll be back real soon....and we bought a climbing rope last night in P-town! We are going to have some fun with it!

Hey Lady!
We missed you this week. We did you proud though! @ tough workouts on our normal workout days and at 5:30am. We met at the hs track. Dawn planned the Tues. workout & I think I can remember it... - run half a lap of the track, 25 push ups, 25 squats, run half a lap of track, 50 sit ups, 50 jumping jacks. 25 box jumps on the cement support blocks of the bleachers. Run up and down the bleachers 5 times. Do the complete circuit 2 times. End with 10 burpees! Sharon and I planned today's workout. On the track - start with 25 dumbbell swings, 25 triceps extensions, 25 seated ab twists w/ 12# medicine ball, 25 ab ax choppers w/ a 15# medicine ball. run a 1/4 lap of the track, 25 sit ups, 25 squats, high knee skip a 1/4 lap of the track, 25 push ups, 25 tuck jumps, run a 1/4 lap of the track, 50 jump ropes, 25 push presses w/ 10# dumb- bells. Complete 2 complete circuits.
Dawn, Sharon, Char and I were whipped but felt proud to accomplish the workouts. Dawn will have to share her accomplishment milestone with you!
