It has been so nice to take the workouts (and recovery) outside!
WNPF meet report:
All of the Wadsworth Fitness/Crossfit Geneseo lifters had a great day!. Courtney took 1st place in age/weight class and Best Female Lifter with a 290# squat, 150# bench and 350# DL! Katie (first meet) took 2nd place in her division and PR'd all 3 lifts. Karen took first in her division and while she was a little disappointed in her lifts she overcame meet nervousness and is excited about her next meet. Casey took first in his division, got robbed by the judges on his 2nd DL attempt, but nonetheless broke some new ground.
I am so proud of all of them!! I couldn't lift due to this elbow snarkiness, and while I missed the lifting it was really nice to take pictures and just be the coach!
