Just stuff

In case you didn't already know that soda, diet and otherwise isn't such a good idea.


I know some of you are interested in losing some weight. Here is a site I find very useful for logging and assessing energy balance, i.e. calories in/calories out.

I will be closed this Saturday morning to attend a funeral. If you need to get your Saturday workout in give me a call. I can be open in the afternoon!
