Dad scores again!

Steven, Ariel and Cassie throwing some weight overhead. Cassie and Steven just started a few weeks ago and they are doing so well! It seems like everytime we see Courtney she is back squatting....I think it's because she makes it look so pretty I am compelled to take a picture.

Mom and Dad were in today for their second workout of the week! Mom has stuck it out despite some annoying injuries and arthritis. Go Mom!!

Oh....and Dad graduated to red band pull ups today!
