Our friend and dynamo crossfitter Dede collapsed at the workout today. Thanks to the quick thinking and action of everyone in class this morning and the wonderful emergency responders in Geneseo, she survived. She is still in very serious condition, but made it through surgery to repair a torn aorta.
Keep Dede and her husband Bill in your thoughts and prayers and I will update you as soon as I can in the morning.

I am in awe of Andrew, and his calm, knowledgeable response. Kudos to the college kid who may have saved a life today.
