Paul did his first Cindy and scored 14 rounds! Courtney, Nick and Jessica set new PR's at 17, 19 and 12! DDS from 17 to 27!
Robyn is leaving us after today for a 6 week trip to South Africa and Europe. We sure will miss you chica!! (And thanks for the lovely note! See you mid-July!)
We have 3 individuals (Courtney, DDS, and Cooper) and one team (Daniel, Karen, Emily, and yet to be determined) competing at the Rochester Games next Saturday! Very nice showing from our little group!

A Word About What You Are Eating
No diet here....just some common sense. In order to live to your full potential and support your exercise you need to eat food that is GOOD FOR YOU. We all know what that is. Stay away from sugar. Eat lean meats and LOTS of vegetables. Whole grains. Good fats. Eat every few hours, small portions.
