It's going to be cold this afternoon but we shouldn't have any trouble heating up the barn with today's workout! We are expecting Joe and 3-4 Rochester Crossfitters to join us for the workout this afternoon. Let's give them a warm Geneseo welcome!! See you at 2:00!
