Happy Thanksgiving!

Everyone! Enjoy your turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, squash, cranberry sauce, gravy, bread, pie, and time spent with your friends and family!

JP will be in the gym to run workouts Friday 6AM-7AM and 4PM-6PM, and Saturday 8AM - Noon.

We will be back for Sunday workout.
