Some of you have had the chance to meet JP Mummey. JP is a Crossfit Level 1 certified trainer from the Hornell/Dansville area. He is my training partner and all around great guy. He is also willing to cover classes for me in the event I might want to take another vacation or go to a certification seminar :).
