Workout:
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
15 pull ups
15 push ups
15 sit ups and
15 Deadlifts (M-95#/W-65#)
JP's amazing ring handstand! He did actually hold it for a little bit....he had to wait for me to get the camera! And he's smiling!
