......who ran the Fischer 5k in 17:51 and won! That's 5:45 mile splits for 3 miles! Wow! And he was wearing his CrossFit Geneseo t-shirt! He can also do a handstand pushup! We are all very proud of you Austin! Keep up the good work!
There is just amazing stuff going on around here lately! Karen and Steven both did handstands last night...first time since gradeschool. Cooper's Mom did a super job with her Clean and jerk this morning, chics doing pull ups like they've done it their whole lives, Numbers did a 6:28 Fran yesterday! Everyone here is kicking butt lately!! I LOVE my job!!!
