Workout:
As many rounds as possible in 20 min. of:
10 DB cleans
10 DB jerks
15 DB squats (DB held at shoulders)
(35#/20#)
We had a great workout yesterday! Lots of energy! Looks like a dumbbell explosion on the floor here!

Two dumb bells, right? Or is this an alternate-side/balance WOD?
When I got the DB jerks down fast, I ended up just hopping up and down. I was thankful I was alone, because I looked ridiculous.
