The Olympic Weightlifting Cert was amazing! I learned so much that will make me a better trainer for these lifts! The coaching staff in addition to Mike Burgener was amazing...including Olympians Natalie Woolfolk and Casey Burgener. As you might have imagined I also had quite a bit of fun! See you all this week!
