For those of us who have been training for awhile

I get frustrated sometimes that I'm not gaining at the same rate as new members. The following article sums it up pretty well!

After 7 years of crossfit, most of my pr's are by a few seconds or 5 pounds. But I'm still getting better.

I'm 46 and been training hard for 5 years. My PR's are sometimes in 1 # increments. Thanks for the article! I am still getting better.
