Consistency


It has happened several times in the last month.......
Someone will come in later in the day and look at the whiteboard and say who is BR again. I say Bridgette, she comes in at 5 AM. Then they will say....Wow, she is becoming a beast!

Want to know why Bridgette is becoming a beast?? It's because she consistently gets here 4-5 days a week. She has good days and bad days, she had the flu, but she still keeps showing up and she is making fantastic progress. She is not the only consistent member who is making progress. Every member, without exception, who is consistenly training is making great progress. There is no magic in any particular workout, the magic is in creating the habit of working out.

The Holiday season has a way of de-railing our good habits. We are busier, bad choices are easier to make, and we end up waking up on Jan. 2 asking ourselves how did I gain 10 lbs. and get so weak?

Consistently show up! Even if you miss a few workouts, if you can maintain the habit, you will be miles ahead of most of the world on January 2.
