Today was Ariel's last day as a regular at CrossFit Geneseo :(
She is starting a Master's program at Brockport in a few weeks and moving to Rochester, but she will be working out with our friends at CrossFit 585 and she will be back to visit us....the first time on January 16 for the kick-off of the "look better naked challenge"!
Ariel has made so much progress here! She is strong!
I am going to miss you so much Lady! You better take good care of her Tello and Eric!
