Changes for the New Year


I am revising the gym schedule a bit. Look for it on the left as it will be posted soon! The changes: A more regular hourly schedule in the afternoon and the addition of Kickboxing and Barbell Club classes. All classes except for the M/W 10:30 AM kickboxing are included in your monthly membership or 10 class pass.


Kickboxing will be an hour of intense heavy bag work along with some body weight strength training. The Barbell Club classes will focus on the slow lifts and are intended to improve your strength and technique in the slow lifts. CrossFit classes will be the WOD which is constantly varied and unpredictable! The Crossfit WOD may be anything from long, slow distance to intense heavy Weightlifting.


Also, we will be starting a "Look better Naked" Challenge mid January! Several of you have indicated some interest in this. Details soon!
