We celebrated our 2 year anniversary as a CrossFit Affiliate last week!!
News:
The gym will be closed Feb. 26 and 27 (Friday and Saturday) in order for me to attend a CrossFit Mobility certification seminar in NYC.
April 18 Jeff Rice and I will be rowing a 42K. I'd like all of you to come and cheer/jeer/whatever it takes to get us through it!
Our very own Laura Cook is attending a CrossFit level 1 seminar in April! Who wouldn't want a gorgeous blonde coach!?!
