Ok. Here it is!
The contest begins Saturday January 16, 2010. Anyone wishing to participate should attend a kick-off meeting at noon on Jan. 16. The cost to participate is $30 and the winner will take all!
The contest will run for 10 weeks (March 27) and the winner will be determined with an anonymous vote by the participants on who has made the most progress in looking better naked based on before and after pictures.
We will take the before pictures on Jan. 16. Gentlemen in shorts and ladies in shorts and a sports bra. Pictures will be taken from the front, back and side. We will take the same shots at the end of 10 weeks. NO ONE but other contest participants will see these photos!
There is no special diet or requirement for a certain number of workouts. We are not going to take measurements or weights. Some participants may, in fact, need to gain weight to look better naked!
We will discuss diet and exercise at the kick off meeting so that everyone can form a strategy for winning this contest.
