But he stopped by yesterday, got his pictures taken and joined our contest so we'll see him again on March 27! We now have 12 participants in the "Look better (almost) naked" Challenge, so the prize is up to $360! You can still participate if you get your "before" pictures taken this week! The Barbell Classes are a lot of fun and regular attendance will improve your strength and therefore your performance in CrossFit workouts! Also, try a Kickboxing class! Great stress reliever!
