I couldn't have described it any better. And here is a very well written article from Again Faster about the first place winners. I had the privilege of being James's judge and he was just amazing!
Besides having a lot of fun and working very hard, the whole experience was very inspiring. The athletes were amazing and spending the weekend with that many CrossFitters in one place was wonderful. I have said it before and it was confirmed this weekend....I have never met a crossfitter I don't like!
