72 and 73 years old...and awesome!


Ok, Dad has always been an athlete, but Mom hasn't and look at this squat!
Crossfit uses functional movements, i.e. natural, every day ways in which the body should move. It works for seniors. Seniors do need more time for rest and recovery after workouts and load and intensity need to be ramped up slowly, but they can do it and get great results in terms of functional strength, endurance, balance, flexibility and all that stuff.
