And we were all very happy to welcome some visitors from CrossFit Rochester! Randy, Jeff and Gina all did great with the workout....after already doing a tough one at Crossfit Rochester in the morning! They must have a really great trainer ;). You rock Joe! Someday I will grow up and be just like you!
