8-9 hours of sleep a day! Probably more important than good nutrition.
I know this is not easy, especially for pre-menopausal women such as myself, but it is important! This is something I need to work on. Let's hold eachother accountable!
Many times I have said that good nutrition and adequate rest are very important to your training. Just ran across an excellent post by CrossFit superchick Melissa Byers on sleep. Let's take care of ourselves and get enough sleep rockstars!
